The A to Z Handbook series are written by practitioners at the European Training Centre in Paris to provide straightforward practical support to those involved in the programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Operational Programmes supported by the Structural and Cohesion Funds of the European Union.  Each handbook is written in the personal style of the author aiming for a blend of practical and light hearted text and a minimum of complexity.
