ETCP thanks all participants from “the Black Box Group” for this 5-Day session. Mr Colm Dunne and Mr Franck Sottou explained step-by-step essential knowledge about the key points of EU Funds Management at programme and project levels. During 5 days, participants worked on the introduction of more efficient procedures.  

It was a pleasure to welcome you in Paris. Next session will take place in 2015. New programme for 2015 is coming soon.
