In the context of the Lithuanian EU Council presidency, the Lithuanian Ministry of Finance organises an international conference on “Cohesion Policy 2014–2020: Towards Evidence Based Programming and Evaluation”, taking place on 4–5 July 2013 in Vilnius, Lithuania.

  • To discuss new organisational, procedural and methodological aspects of EU Structural Funds in the next programming period, intervention logic, monitoring and evaluation,
  • and the results of ex-ante evaluations of operational programmes of the next programming period.
